So what is the first step?
1. Share your idea!
Scroll to the bottom of this page to fill out the form to submit your idea! Ruth will follow up with you in an email to plan a phone consultation call within 2 business days.
2. Consultation & creation
After receiving your submission, I'll reach out within 2 business days to set up a 20-30 minute phone call. We'll clarify details, discuss timelines (usually 3-5 weeks due to the nature of ceramics and my small-scale business), and confirm the cost.
Remember, we're practicing delayed gratification together – ceramics is a time-consuming process, and every piece is subject to the 'kiln gods'!

3. Delivery & enjoyment
Once your custom order is complete, if you are local in Minneapolis, you can pick up your order from me at the Fractal Cactus.
If you live out of state, I will carefully wrap your items, snuggle them into a box, and ship them out to you! After you receive your items, all that's left to do is enjoy them!
